Welcome to Clonetix!
By working with us, you not only choose strategy and creativity, but also a genuine connection. These terms and conditions form the basis of our cooperation, with room for transparency, trust and mutual respect.
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, services, agreements and collaborations with Clonetix, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By entering into a collaboration, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Bids & collaboration
Quotes from Clonetix are valid for 14 days.
A collaboration starts only after written confirmation (by email or signed document). We believe in clear expectations and open communication from day one.
For a long-term partnership (retainer or subscription), a notice period of 1 month applies unless otherwise discussed.
3. Prices & Payments
- All prices are exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated).
- Invoices are sent digitally and must be paid within 15 days.
- In case of late payment, we reserve the right to temporarily discontinue further services.
- If necessary, reminder fees or interest of 8% per month may be charged.
4. Deadlines & delivery
At Clonetix, we make every effort to keep our promises and meet your deadlines. But creative flow sometimes requires leeway. We like to work in mutual trust: timely delivery of input by the client is essential to keep on schedule.
5. Rights & ownership
- All content (texts, visuals, strategies...) remain the property of Clonetix until full payment of the invoice.
- After payment, you, the customer, receive the right of use for the agreed purposes.
- It is not permitted to commercially resell or pass on our creations to third parties without permission.
6. Liability
Clonetix is not liable for:
- Indirect damages (loss of revenue, reputational damage, etc.)
- Errors caused by incomplete or late customer input
- Technical issues with external platforms (such as social media, hosting, mailing tools...)
Our liability is limited to the amount of the invoice for the service in question.
7. Confidentiality
Everything you share with us - strategic plans, figures, dreams - stays between us. We treat your information with discretion and respect. Always.
8. Cancellations & Changes.
Workshops, appointments or shoots can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48h in advance. After that, we reserve the right to charge the full amount unless force majeure is involved (we are human, and so are you).
9. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (such as illness, technical failures, or situations beyond our control), we reserve the right to postpone scheduled appointments. We communicate openly and honestly about this and together find a new timing.
10. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes are preferably resolved in harmony. Failing that, the courts of Brussels shall be competent.
